This is the case. Ryerson hasn't decided the retail tenant(s) and so they haven't put in the stairs from street level to basement yet.

It's 4401. It's visible in the original raw image but that one's been cropped and shrunk.

Found it by accident this morning at the CNE loop. I was trying to get a picture of the GO Train and saw it in the viewfinder

I poked around the 7th and 8th floors but the views of the site were behind office doors. The 9th and 10th were the University's P/VP offices so I didn't want to go rubbing my nose there.

I noticed this immediately! It's so goofy. The TTC really should just contract out the signage branding so they can get something TfL quality. The signage still has the same ambiguity problems as the old ones. Since Northbound/Southbound becomes really impractical on a U shaped line, the wall...
