Steeles station is forecasted to be completed by year 2041 lol. Flying cars before that.. IIRC, didn't metrolinx have the date 2031 up on their page originally? Edit: "*Forecast for the year 2041" footnote is regarding the expected *Key Facts*...

Makes sense. I'm confused about how south the bus terminal is on the site... Instead of being all the way in the north east corner, encouraging easy access to steeles and yonge. Maybe because they would have to introduce another stoplight to make left turns so close to the intersection. No idea...

The "Potential Bus Terminal" apart of the SASP agreement... Is this a confirmation of the subway extension or just a terminal for future LRT?

Are you proposing they build highrises on bayview when there's not enough access to transportation (besides Sheppard)? This would only add to the terrible congestion...

I just find it difficult to believe that the development of yonge and steeles would happen after the subway completion… It makes sense to time it in a way where the developments and subway finish at the same time. Would also be a bonus to create a yonge and steeles underground PATH that connects...

11 years ago there was no AIC proposal, sounds like they shafted your business, sorry about that. Most businesses are dead in Centrepoint mall; Hudson’s Bay, Canada Computers, etc. Should be an easy shovel to get into the ground. Although i’m curious to know if any businesses had a demolition...
