I don't get the lack of parking argument. It looks like each unit gets a garage and a driveway. The site plan literally shows cars in driveways and there are additional visitors spaces, all away from Drewry Avenue itself.

I'm willing to lend an ear to opponents of development probably more than most UTers, but calling townhouses "high density," in Toronto, in the year 2024, is madness.

Also every house in that neighborhood has a driveway with room for at least 2-3 cars and there is street parking everywhere that no one uses...

I concur. I parked in this area recently to pick up some food along Yonge, and there was more than ample street parking.
