This McCowan road closure is being extended until early Friday Dec, 5. The road was originally supposed to re-open in the early hours of Tuesday morning, but the closure is being extended by an additional three days due to unforeseen difficulties with the culvert work.

Here is a copy of the Mississauga Housing Task Force report. On page 21, it calls for reducing the amenity ratio. It doesn't I believe call for the ratio to be eliminated. Also, I don't know if you watched the council meeting, but Parrish spoke pretty sharply against eliminating it entirely.

I don't think the trail will run through yet. I think the connection on the western side will have to wait for the Lakeview Village developments to advance further. But this is still good news.

Is there a regional integration strategy somewhere? For instance, what if you wanted to start on Toronto's bike share, and then switch to Mississauga's Lime bikes. Or for example, bike from the new Lakeview developments to Long Branch GO to get to work in the morning.
