No I haven't, I'm pretty just going off the updates provided here

Surprised this one isnt moving along too consistently. Correct me if im wrong but this looks one one of the best spots to build condos, let alone the future developments that are taking place around this area

The church is 230 Donway, but what is the big building that extends around it? The main part of the church doesn't connect to it but is that building in use?

Shoot, I wasn't aware that it was a competition. Hey, maybe I'll start posting some updates I see to get my reputation up a bit more. I'm still learning all these things though, appealing to the OLT, refusal notice, whatever you want to say, but it's something I want to understand in the future...

Are they going to be tearing these buildings down? Last thread I asked that in someone reacted with a laughing emoji, just trying to understand these developments a bit more. I know it's frowned upon to ask about the status of a project, lol.

Excuse my probably dumb question, but how do you know the building is currently vacant? Seems like a pretty big building to vacate.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't they need to demolish the church? I'm sure if they sold it the money wouldn't go towards their garden as they would have to relocate.

I also recently heard that the residents at Minton Place took the expropiation to court and lost. This information was from the security patrolling the houses. Not sure if that's even a forum on the website

As of 3 days ago theres been a rezoning applied for on the little retail strip beside the houses? Maybe the developers were able to work something out?

Are they demolishing the connecting building on the other side of the dealership? There was a sign on the door saying they were temporarily closed, not sure if it,s because theyre relocating or if its because theyre gonna reno that part of the building

I'm sure you know better. I heard city, but again this is just words I've heard from multiple people that aren't really into this stuff but more so just hear about it. Regardless of city or province though I don't think it's gonna go well for him if he does pursue

Doesn't look like this plan is going anywhere anytime soon. Especially now that I'm seeing this knowing that they rebranded due to the closure where theyre going to build gerrard station

Heard from somewhere the guy is gonna sue the city. Don't think thatll turn out good, but again not sure if this is 100% true if anyone wants to back me up on that statement
