    St Lawrence Market

That stretch of Queen could really use this. Still, it's more a new Corktown branch than a relocated St. Lawrence one.

    Finch West Line 6 LRT

As an aside, Line 6 should just be Finch. We don't call Line 4 Sheppard East.

    GO 2.0 Expansion Plan

Many people disagree with me, but I still believe a west-side-of-the-Don stop for Richmond Hill trains at East Harbour could make a lot of sense—especially if the area evolves into a major commuter district. It doesn’t need to be built anytime soon, but it would be wise to at least preserve the...

    Toronto Eaton Centre (Ongoing Renewal) | ?m | ?s | Cadillac Fairview | Zeidler

I hope the renewal eventually addresses the gap—not in leases, but in aesthetics—from roughly Queen to 250 Yonge.”

The Future of subway and rapid transit in the GTA

It’s a solid map—and reasonably realistic, too. If we added that system, along with extending Line 6 to Seneca Newnham and Line 4 to Keele/Wilson, you could make a strong case that Toronto’s TTC-run higher-order network would be essentially complete.

    TTC: Streetcar Network

This was done really well. I even made my parents watch it.

    miWay Transit

That would put some "four corners" sensibility back into what was downtown Malton.

    Vaughan IKEA Vaughan Expansion | 14.13m | 1s | IKEA | Stark

My crystal ball says we may finally see a suburban format IKEA in Durham Region soon. I'd say the closing of the Scarborough store may even be a precursor to that.

    Hudson's Bay Company

Sherway already has a designated location for a station — it’s appeared on several plans. And while I’m not suggesting this extension is the highest priority, I’ve always been surprised that the Etobicoke-focused Fords never pushed for it. Still, I can easily see it gaining momentum in a future...

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

I think runnels are added after the stairway is largely completed.

Ontario Line Extension West of Ontario Place (Speculation)

Curious what people think — if the UPX were merged with Line 3, how might the service patterns work? And how would the Exhibition/Don Valley branches be handled compared to the Union Station leg?

President Donald Trump's United States of America

I haven’t looked at the stats myself, but a friend from Chicago once mentioned that some north-side neighbourhoods have among the lowest urban crime rates in the country — even though the city’s overall numbers are high. I believe it. Chicago really is a tale of two cities.
