There's this bad boy on 3rd, off 22nd in Manhattan. Air rights are a big thing there, which could probably work well here if you just want to retain that main street retail presence
Thank you. I always thought the tower on the terminal site was to be situated as close to Elizabeth St to allow for a tower at the corner of Bay/Dundas.

There is a lot of asks here. I both commend and criticize the city/CreateTO on their audacity. I wouldn't be surprised if some of these things drop off... or if the construction timeline slips as noted by NL
Dream just resubmitted at 250 Dundas w/o office replacement and noted they looked into...
They probably did approach a lot more land owners in the area, but likely found the owners along Brownville as amenable to assembly, delayed closing, redevelopment, etc., relative to others...
Interesting to see the Block Context Plan fit 3 towers around the applicant w/ 20m separation distances. I know Lennard was going around trying to sell 506 to 510 jarvis last year

This may be the closest a new development has been to power lines. CentreCourts Kipling Station Condos is pretty close, but I think this one may be even closer...
I assume you can shift the regular powerlines over that cut through the site, but the hydro one...
