I hope the restaurant is better than the architecture.

Apologies for bumping the thread but I didn't see these renderings posted before. Tridel's Harbourwalk at Lakeview Village. https://www.tridel.com/lakeviewvillagecondos/ https://www.tridel.com/lakeviewvillagecondos/ https://www.tridel.com/lakeviewvillagecondos/...

The white patio fence from SAP doesn't help matters. They could have added some colour to break up the bleached out look. Maybe some planters too?

    Toronto CIBC SQUARE | 241.39m | 50s | Hines | WilkinsonEyre

Do you know who's paying for this connection? The city, the condo or Hines? If it's the developer, i'm curious as to why they would do this. I understand the connection to Union Station but why is it important to connect the condo to the CIBC building?

Four elevators for 700 units? Good luck with that.

I wish developers would plant semi-mature trees more often than these silly little saplings which look half dead.

    Toronto Social at Church + Dundas | 164.89m | 52s | Pemberton | RAW Design

Does anyone know why the balconies don't come down all the way on the East side? It's the only side like that. Looks really odd. I also hope they paint the undersides of the balconies.

    Toronto Social at Church + Dundas | 164.89m | 52s | Pemberton | RAW Design

Why would they do these zig zagged patterned balconies but install clear glass that you can't even make out the zig zag? What a lost opportunity and cheapening. This deserves a 'Golden Raspberry Award".

RAW must be so embarrassed by this. It's pretty clear Pemberton value engineered this building to death.

    Toronto 100 Davenport | 72m | 19s | Diamante | Scott Shields

Looking at the floor plan above, I've never seen two toilets facing each other like that in the master ensuite. That would be rather awkward and just plain weird.

I really wish the city would encourage developers to incorporate murals into their projects. Here's a great example of where that would have really enhanced the public view. Instead it's a drab, grey wall ion the NE corner.

    Toronto TeaHouse 501 Yonge Condominiums | 170.98m | 52s | Lanterra | a—A

They could add planters to help soften the streetscape. Now all we see is concrete and glass. Not exactly inviting.
