    I agree....there will need to be major setbacks for a 10 storey building to be approved here (especially to the northwest). I'm excited to see the full application.

    A gas station doesn't mean the site can't be developed on...it just means they will likely need a remediation. The RSC/RA process will definitely take longer but it depends on the Developer's schedule for this one.

    I was expecting a more ambitious proposal as well. One item of concern is the Phase II.....it was completed to CSA standards and no O.Reg. This property will need to be filed for RSC, so I expect some delays on that front.

    Agreed, but there are several sites throughout the City that are heavily contaminated and have been developed. Just look at Lake Shore East.
