i own the unit 1012 i paid 292600 for it with the parking compared with the 2012 unit, floor incresment is 1500 dollars, so 314100+25000-5000-1500*10floor difference = appro 18000

second release come out today it seems there is a 18000 price increase per unit under my calculation unit 809 is asking for 414300 +parking 25000 - 5000 bonus unit 2012 is asking for 314100 +parking 25000 -5000 bonus just dunnno how the market reacts to it? any input? or...

a agent told me the second wave of release will be happened in September and the price wont be attractive anymore as people value concord condo "below average"

i have to disagree with it for example, i was a visa student from china 8 years ago, now i become a canadian permanent resident. i own two condos here registered under my name but the money comes from my parents in china. so am i considered a foreign investor?? there are many many cases...

well, in case if the marketing is going down....you can still hold it for a longer period of time provide that there is +ve cash flow my five cent is ....the longer period of time you hold, the less risk you have
