I think a building in the back adds to the view. I guess your not a lover of tall buildings, large cities, and in my mind think to highly of the old city hall building, it's nice but not that nice. If anything trump tower does more damage to the vista of the old city hall because it shrinks...

Not true, even the Yankees, supposedly the best best market in baseball has trouble filling seats and they make the playoffs every year. There was also times in the past they had trouble getting people in the stands when they weren't winning, so there isn't any safe team in the MLB.

I counted 38 before the podium and the podium looks like it's around 4 stories so in total 42 sounds right.

do you have all the dimensions correct because that looks way better than the model at city hall, you might be able to sell it to city hall or make a movie with it if the details were added.

I don't see why a office tower would use a logo, unless it's owned by a famous company like Chrysler. Almost every hotel has a logo, and if they don't well they probably wouldn't want one because it would probably degrade the status.

    Toronto Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto | 207.86m | 53s | Graywood | Kohn Pedersen Fox

those are office towers, they lease their offices out on a annual basis and ritz is a hotel/condo which can use a logo.

one possible reason that ritz left out a logo is because the rbc logo and the ritz logo are similar and they both have R and C in the logo and this MAY cause some confusion at least from a distance. see for yourselfs.

What about aerial views during major events such as mmva's, sports games, and the up coming pan am games, and the exposure the Ritz hotel could get it it had a logo? Instead all they will see is another plain average sized glass tower.
