    Toronto YC Condos -- Yonge at College | 198.42m | 62s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

I expected nothing and I'm still disappointed.

It's going to look great, I have faith. The lines are only super apparent now because they haven't been straightened out, and there's so few of them that they're more noticable overall. If people remember the cladding at Couture, we all hated it until the last panel went on and suddenly it...

Gracious me, that's appalling for what's being bulldozed. Christ.

That reflection art is so cool!

Toronto Richmond Adelaide Centre: EY Tower | 188.05m | 40s | Oxford Properties | Kohn Pedersen Fox

I really like this building, but some of the detailing just doesn't quite cut it. There are lines that end too abruptly, patches of discoloration, and varying window sizes out of pattern. The first photo from SomeMidtowner really shows what I mean. But to fully see the flaws you have to see it...

    Toronto Lago at the Waterfront | 162.15m | 50s | Mattamy Homes | Graziani + Corazza

The alternating black and white pattern is much more noticeable than I would have imagined. Could be influenced by photo editing, but still it looks decent.

    Toronto Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts | 156.05m | 45s | Daniels | RAW Design

YES! Finally there's some visual connection down past the overpasses! It's always been such a poorly connected stretch that feels so much worse because there's nothing to draw you in. This could really change Jarvis' connection to the lake.

That white stripe added some nice proportioning, hopefully this turns out okay....

So did we lose the angular form? It looks flat in the the latest renders, please tell me I'm just seeing things.

    Toronto 88 Scott Street | 203.9m | 58s | Concert | P + S / IBI

This has been quite the cosine curve development: started high with early renders, took a dive with some of the early spandrel, and climbed back up as the final product came into view. Very pleased with how it's turning out!

    Toronto Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

Don't worry, based on the quality of this building I'm sure it will be repaired in no time at all. /s/s/s/s/s/s/s/s/s

    Toronto The New Residences of Yorkville Plaza | 92.05m | 31s | Camrost-Felcorp | WZMH COMPLETE

Literally the only saving grace in this project.

The tallest will the be the sacrificial lamb to assuage concerns of density.

    Toronto Concord Canada House | 231.97m | 74s | Concord Adex | Arcadis

It's like Condord just accepted that people hate Cityplace and are just doubling down on profits cause it's not like public confidence can go any lower. 'They hate us anyway, might as well show them why.'

    Toronto 88 Scott Street | 203.9m | 58s | Concert | P + S / IBI

Scotia Plaza is an absolute monster (in a good way).

    Toronto The Selby | 165.5m | 50s | Tricon | bKL Architecture

This is going to look so good! That cladding just exudes confidence and class.

Toronto CampusOne Student Residence (was University Place) | 79.85m | 25s | Knightstone | Diamond Schmitt

Those are terrible! If there was any saving grace of this building it would have been the massive floor plate, which should have allowed for some decent layouts, but damn these are awful, I would be so sad if I had to live here.

    Toronto River City Condos Phase 3 | 99.66m | 29s | Urban Capital | Saucier + Perrotte

I initially had my doubts this one would get off the ground, it seemed too "extreme" to borrow a word. I'm super excited to see it rising, it should be a knockout!

    Toronto Ten York Street Condos | 224.02m | 65s | Tridel | Wallman Architects

I would love to agree with you, but Yorkville has all that fine grain retail and village charm (in parts) that make it much more attractive to foot traffic and cafe lifestyle. Southcore is strictly urban and isn't very gentle at street level. It's cool for sure, but it's not ideal as far as...
