    Rail Deck Park (?, ?, ?)

No I just want less useless posts of videos that mean nothing to do with the thread.

    Rail Deck Park (?, ?, ?)

No they are posting meaningless content of a video which is completely unrelated on a thread that hasn't had any activity in a month. They do this all the time and its so annoying. I saw a video on Hudson Yards a week ago from the B1M which would be useful. This. Is. Not.

Happy to see this massive parking lot leave. Any chance there is a thread for the firth brothers building across the street. Couldn't find one but I have a bunch of interior shots I did for a project and would love to share some of the history. I'll add to the amazing influx of Hamilton...

While I do think apple will definitely be a great tenant, I think saying they are the only ones who could do something incredible with the space is incorrect. Even if it was a Canada Computers do you really think that they would do the same as most of their stores while paying such high rent...

Wasn't it going to be paired with Metrolinx's widening of the bridge? Makes me think it has a better chance of being done sooner rather than later. At least the tunnelling part, who knows when the TTC will put tracks down.

Anyone know of plans to turn eastern, front and trinity into a more pedestrian friendly intersection with all the new residential development in very close vicinity.

I agree they look messy from afar but I find street level views are better. Starts to separate more when you're closer

Im really surprised to see this proposal. I filled out a survey right before covid that was asking residents what they wanted this site to become. So I had assumed the land was owned by the city. Didn't think a decision had been made. While I'm am very in favour of development in downtown...

These questions in the meeting are brutal. Do rich NIMBYS not know how to do their own research?

I emailed Ryerson when this was under construction. They responded with something about it still technically being a street and then the need to keep those lights

Roads: Gardiner Expressway catch-all, incl. Hybrid Design (2015-onwards)

Would no ramps really open up that much space though. The expanded don mouth as seen above taking up a lot of space. What is not show however is the expansion of the rail yard above. That is going to take up much of the space between the yard and the trail. I agree and support having no ramps...

Legacy Art Project - Inspired by Terry Fox

Couldn't find anything in my quick search but there's a little Reno coming to half the open space in the Toronto Music garden on the water. It will be on the north side so will still leave some open space. Not sure how much the area is used but not too much lawn space around so hopefully not...

Wood and warmth are the future of building. I think that this is trailblazer and in coming decades this will be more and more "Toronto Design" You might see more trees in the west/east coast but don't be fooled Ontarios forestry sector is still big just maybe a little far north.

So I guess that means all the housing around is also at risk and in the flood plain?
