    Toronto QRC West (Queen Richmond Centre West) | 71.93m | 17s | Allied | Sweeny &Co

Looks like it does not. It's probably why the developer bought the public parking component of the District Lofts, down the street.

I hope this project dies a quick death.

Toronto Atrium on Bay Expansion | 114m | 34s | KingSett Capital | Hariri Pontarini

Exactly. We have tunnels, there's no need for bridges to mess things up.

    Toronto Bay Adelaide Centre | 217.92m | 51s | Brookfield | KPMB

I can't wait to see what phase III will look like.

There should be a list of common replies for each project so that people can just click +1 to such insightful nuggets as "it all depends on the cladding" or "this thing is taking forever" or "imagine what this area will look like in 5 years." That would save the rest of us so much time.

    Toronto Concord Canada House | 231.97m | 74s | Concord Adex | Arcadis

Not sure what all the excitement is all about. Aside from a few angles on the profile these look like fairly run of the mill City Place buildings. The worrying thing is that the podiums are so small, much like the earlier buildings on Bremner. The Spadina elevations seem like an afterthought. I...

Fuzion King West Condominium (Urbancorp, 15s, Tact)

How is it a waste of space? The city can't be full of condos and office buildings exclusively. Service and industry might not be as pretty but they are necessary for the function of any urban area.

    Toronto The Britt Condos | 142.03m | 41s | Lanterra | Arcadis

There should be a better term than NIMBY for this project. It's not about buildings in backyards, but about building over the entire house.

    Toronto Ïce Condominiums at York Centre | 234.07m | 67s | Lanterra | a—A

Wow, this thing keeps getting better by the week!

    Toronto Waterlink at Pier 27 | 43.89m | 14s | Cityzen | a—A

There's no such thing as 100% colour uniformity in any material.

Window blinds won't make any difference to the glass reflectivity. It will probably cause glare but it will probably be instantaneous for drivers. Not a huge concern.

    Toronto Dundas Square Gardens | 156.05m | 50s | Gupta | IBI Group

Unfortunately not. But if memory serves it was predominately grey masonry with black granite details. It was a Government of Canada office but not particularly well maintained.

    Toronto Dundas Square Gardens | 156.05m | 50s | Gupta | IBI Group

It was an International Style office building that had seen better days. Even still, the makeover was horrendous.

There's nothing to look forward to when Page and Steele are involved.

    Toronto eCondos | 195.67m | 58s | Bazis | Rosario Varacalli

All the NIMBYs at Y+E will need a lot of e.

    Toronto Four Eleven King Condominiums | 149.04m | 45s | Great Gulf | KPMB

The stubby second tower on this project is unnecessary. Cramming two towers onto this site is a stretch and makes for a lot of uncomfortably close windows between the two.

    Toronto TeaHouse 501 Yonge Condominiums | 170.98m | 52s | Lanterra | a—A

It looks great. The glass faced portion of the podium would be a great place to put the old Sam the Record Man signs.
