    Toronto West Don Lands: Block 13 | 139.31m | 43s | Dream | Henriquez Partners

Letdown? Sure. It's also thinking drawings in rezoning exercises are halfway to being built. We want affordable. We want high end finishes to make ourselves feel better about our sub 400 square foot purchases. This is taking a concept to reality. I was already let down by Toronto's standard for...

    Vaughan RioCan Colossus Centre Redevelopment | ?m | 55s | RioCan | Hariri Pontarini

I don't get it either and I don't think all these 40 plus storey towers with 10 or more units per floor is a competitive long term housing option for the region but, suburbia seems to be capturing whatever buyers still exist and at the expense of downtown Toronto. I doubt this market will last...

    Toronto EQ Bank Tower | 105.18m | 23s | First Gulf | Sweeny &Co

It's odd for a pre-leased office tower to doddle. It's not like condos in which developers can delay occupancy with few penalties. Most likely this is just the schedule. I'm thinking even if EQ Bank doesn't intend to occupy their space why delay the finish and miss out on rent.

    Toronto Porsche Centre Downtown | 12.76m | 3s | DFC | BDP Quadrangle

I thought it was obvious. How many $10,000 bikes have you seen ridden around downtown Toronto or on trails or locked in bike racks? The people that buy $10,000 bikes also buy car themed condos with attached high rise garages. The rage for these hasn't come to Toronto

    Mississauga Exchange District Condos | 232m | 72s | Camrost-Felcorp | Arcadis

A 3,000 square foot house in OKC costs as much as a sub 400 square condo in downtown Toronto. It's just a bunch of renderings and nothing else. Mississauga can complete a 400 metre, 125 storey, 2000 unit tower. It's still Mississauga.
