The black frames make a huge difference and yet almost all developers in Toronto keep using the ugly grey metal frames.

I went here recently and was very disappointed! It was nothing like I had expected due to the articles and renderings I had seen here on Recon.

That balcony glass with the grey lines is NOT attractive! Who's bright idea was that? YIKES!

Thank god they went with white here instead of dark grey!
