Haven't been able to take any pictures but they have now erected a construction fence around the entire site. Seems like work will be beginning soon!

These renderings look really nice. Will be a welcomed addition to the neighbourhood. This area of Etobicoke has so much potential to be one of the of most sought out areas in the 416. Will be interesting to see how the mall redevelopment will either compliment this new design or clash with it...

This was more of a general statement...just looking at what Concord has done and not done with CityPlace...sad that they will have more area in the city to ruin... There should be requirements they must meet to build. But alas...above my pay grade...

Concord is a horrible builder. They use the cheapest and ugliest materials. All their units are littered with bulk heads with layouts that are not livable. Concord builds for profit not for livability. We already gave this company prime real estate with CityPlace why is the city now letting...

Really wish the tower colours where not this off-white. The new renderings of the six-point plaza redevelopment are now white as well - would be nice to see some creativity in the design, but alas!

Very disappointing. With the amount of density coming to the area over the next 5 to 10 years, would have been good to see something useful in this space for the community and not a other car dealership.

Walked by the site yesterday and it appears there is some action taking place. Not sure what they are doing but maybe this is finally going to break ground?

There is now a black chain link fence around the property and demolition crews have been gutting the inside of the building. Wonder what is moving ahead here? The renderings seemed to suggest a tear down but it doesn't look like that is happening anymore.

Construction on the presentation centre has begun; opens in May. Realtors have been getting previews of the units and price lists for the last few weeks and up to launch date.

Wonder what the progress is on this project??!
