    Toronto The Dylan | 35.7m | 10s | Chestnut Hill | Kirkor

Glencairn has been like the Bessarion station of the University side of Line 1 for so long. Hope to see the NW and SE corners of Glencairn and Marlee redeveloped soon.

    Toronto Club 285 Condominiums | 38.1m | 10s | Altree | Graziani + Corazza

Great to see these bungalows redeveloped. Hope to see more yellowbelt areas intensify this way.

    Toronto Alexandra Park Revitalization | 53.48m | 15s | TCHC | SvN

Wonderful news. The Tridel buildings closer to Queen have been great. Piece by piece, this whole area is getting activated again and re-introduced back into the downtown urban fabric.

    Toronto Platform Condos | 31.09m | 9s | Sierra | Kirkor Architects

Perfect massing for new buildings along the Danforth. Hope this sets the precedent for more developments between Broadview and Main Street.

    Toronto SQ2 at Alexandra Park | 50.9m | 14s | Tridel | Teeple Architects

This is definitely one of the best Tridel and Teeple projects so far. Not necessarily too much that I would deduct marks from. The townhouses are pretty sharp looking too. It'll be nice to see this space again once spring rolls in and the greenery and vegetation is present.

    Toronto Theory Condos | 101.49m | 30s | Parallax | Arcadis

Nice materials so far, this is looking very promising.

    Toronto The Broadview Terraces | 15m | 3s | Studio JCI

I'd like to see a lot more of these and further intensifications along Broadview south of here, and on Gerrard. Especially with the struggling retail strip on Broadview all the way to Queen East. It would be nice to see some new life injected into it. The retail vacancies are actually not as bad...

    Toronto 159SW Condos | 118.87m | 36s | Alterra | Richmond Architects

Can't say that I'm a fan of the brick being used so far on the podium. The renderings also indicate a darker clad tower, so black on brown doesn't exactly create the most appealing combination.

    Toronto Canvas Condominium | 28.7m | 8s | Marlin Spring | Graziani + Corazza

Surprisingly the spandrel isn't grey. Although the mullions overall create a messy pattern and is like a headache to look at. Considering that Marlin Spring and G+C are teaming up for several projects in the city, this could act as a sign for things to come.

    Toronto Radiator | 86.35m | 25s | Hullmark | Sweeny &Co

Good adaptive re-use. If they can restore the brick to its original red along Dufferin, that would've been ideal though.

    Toronto Artistry Condos | 103.5m | 29s | Tribute | Graziani + Corazza

Not as bad as the first design. But it still looks like an odd mish mash. The tower reminds me of something you'd find on the Humber Bay in Etobicoke. While the podium looks like that data centre in the Distillery District area.

    Toronto The Millwood | 157.6m | 45s | Times Group | Core Architects

Looks almost like a mix of Yonge & Rich meets Art Shoppe condos on the podium. I hope they're serious about the trees and greenery though.

Carlaw-Dundas Triangle Public Art - Obelisk (Pierre Poussin)

The obelisk artwork looks great. Now if only a development can fill in north of it to replace that warehouse type building.

    Toronto 466 Dovercourt Road | 23.47m | 6s | Axia

I'm guessing it's likely facadism of the current building, and then the new addition for remainder of the site. It's narrow but a fairly deep lot overall. At least TAS has been delivering some of the more interesting designs lately.

Toronto York University: The Quad Student Residence | 30.17m | 8s | Campus Suites | ARK Inc.

These look great and the retail has also filled in to animate the street level. York typically doesn't get a lot of recognition but they've put together a nice collection of buildings on its campus.

    Toronto The Brixton | 45.41m | 12s | CentreCourt | Graziani + Corazza

Subpar window wall but the brick looks decent so far.

    Toronto The Parker | 123.13m | 39s | Fitzrovia | Graziani + Corazza

Bland but somehow still not as bad as the original proposal renderings.
