Our letter stated a "Final Tentative" date as October 15th and we are on the 10th floor. The letter stated that all the primary common areas of the building would be finished, immaculate and fully ready for use, including all decor, furnishings and equipment. Hopefully this is the case.

Does anyone know who is responsible for managing the two rental units in the building as well as the ground floor retail stores?

Well folks, I'll add my two cents...my unit is on the 10th floor and my next date is August 29, 2013. Will still put my house on the market in the spring and then live in Berczy Park until the unit is ready. As to 88 Scott, you probably should expect an occupancy date of 2050.

Glad to be part of the forum. I love all the pictures and comments. I try to visit the building site every two weeks and it sure is good to see the building start to take shape. I'm on the 10th floor and it looks like that is where they are working right now.

Was the picture taken from the pod (highest point for viewing) or the glass floor viewing level of the CN Tower?
