Very strange that they are starting the exterior finishing of the east wing but the west wing hasn’t even had its structure erected yet. Is there a logistics issue with the timber supplier?

What a shame. This was a very ambitious design but it looks like they were a few million bucks short when it came time to execute. Goes to show that simple design + good execution will win every time.

I think this has taller than normal ceiling heights so it will be a tall 20 floors
