Revised plans were submitted on March 24. The 14 storey tower is gone, the park is bigger, the number of units has increased but the FSI is roughly the same.

That's what I was thinking. It's no small building, it must have 150 rental units that would need to be replaced.

Don't like large townhouse blocks with front yard driveways and garages. A much nicer streetscape with the parking at the rear.

The 21-storey tower would have a floor plate of over 1,000 square metres. Good place for density, but there's no need for that excessive bulk.

Tower floor plate is enormous at 990sm and while the office component has increased it is still only 30% replacement of the office space in currently on site.
