Currently from my stool in the kitchen I count 2171 lights on in my place, only 151 of them are energy efficient but hey Tis the season! I think LED lights will kill of CFL's in the not so distant future.

I liked it to, but it fought in style against the rest of the skyline. Maybe it would work well in a city other then Toronto. Here's hoping the city and developer can come up with something that will complement the surrounding area.

I always thought 3 or more people in a car and highways could be toll-free. You choose not to carpool and you pay. This would work I think, be good for the environment and infrastructure revenues. When I was working in Oakville I was carpooling with 4 people, and we'd get stuck in traffic...

I'm surprised the owners of the Bond Place Hotel didn't want to expand onto that property. They could have built a taller hotel portion with higher end suits while updating the exterior of the existing hotel. What a great place for a hotel for those that like the hustle and bustle of the big city.

I didn't realize they were behind schedule. In fact they added more floors to it which tells me things must have have gone well.

So really this won't even be a tower, unless it's really thin. Thanks for correcting me by the way. I thought the Telus numbers I found were low.

Looking forward to hearing more about this. At 240,000 sq ft it almost the same sq ft size building as Telus which will be 246 886 sq ft.
