Agree. That is absolutely impossible. It would take them 3-4 months for demo of the old building and another 5 months for digging the hole.

Maybe it is to verify that you are indeed the homeowner. I believe these programs are only for homeowners and not renters. For all they know you could be renting.

Well, they could press the crosswalk button and cross Spadina and walk west to the LCBO and park?????? The bridge crosses the rail corridor to the north end of the development and ends up pretty much on Front St. It is a north / south bridge not east / west.

what they are tearing down looks nothing like that. They are pretty average.

Be a shame if they made that the permanent sales centre site as it is smack on top the location of Phase 1. Would have been better to put it on a Phase 3 or 4 building location. Maybe this means they won't be going into construction all that soon. :(

I was by there yesterday and there were workers putting up exterior cladding. Seems to be taking for ever though!!!
