Sorry, I meant after interim and before final... :) Oh, as usual, there is a fee for the reassignment.

You can do it once after interim closing and final closing.

Yep. They are bringing out the 28th floor next week. The premium for a 2B will be $2k * 20 + $10k (9' ceiling prem) = $50k. That's like $2500/floor... Ouch... Plus the base price has gone up by $5k. Suddenly, this project does not look attractive anymore... Even with the incentive and...

I agree. If it's for investment, it's hard to see where it will be in 4 yrs as the interest rate is on the up trend. Are there any HST for $400k+ units?

I think 1 or 2 people in the forum bought 08.

It sure does get the units sold quick! I think floor 5-18 are sold out. Wonder how much they are going to increase besides removing the $10/20k incentice. I am still not sure above the noise from 401....

If I were you, I would be more concerned when they will actually finish the construction. The projected date does not mean a lot. There are ALWAYS delays.

I am thinking about unit 08 too. However, it faces Ikea's roof instead of the nice garden. Also, will the future building in the south block the south view? Based on its distance from 401, will noise be an issue?

Ah... that makes sense now.... If I take out the $25k parking and $10k incentive, the additional floor is about $1300. Thanks for the clarification.

    Whoa! 5th floor 668fl = $278k - $10k - $15k (Nuevo) = $253k 21 floor = 306k... the additional 14 floors + 9' ceiling cost $53k. That's $3.8k/floor. Even you take out the $10k premium. It's still $3k/floor. I assume the 306k price is neuvo finishes. However, from 21th to 29k is...

The sliding door sounds good on paper but it's not really practical (space on or around the tracks are wasted).

How does the pricing work then? Unit 12 is $285k (5th floor). 1 day incentive is $10k off. Nuevo Finishes is another $15k off. Each floor above 5th is about $1400-1500. 19th floor price is 5th floor price + 1500 * 14 floors? Will there be $10k off also? I clearly remember the sale girl...

The living room is good size and the den is almost as big as a bedroom. How much for floor 19 and up?

Which floor did you get? Suite 12 is pretty good.

Hmmm... maybe to "VIP" only? I was told by the people at the sale office there only up to floor 18 is for sale at this point.

Not sure. They could add another premium on floor 19 and up. I guess it depends how fast these lower floor units go. If the demand is there, why won't they jack up the price when open to public?
