Hi Josef, I went to places like Mobilia...they consider 'custom' to be anything that's not on the floor. A lot of places are mentioning long wait times for sofas too. I'm all about storage beds; thanks for the tip about Positive Space. Yeah, I doubt I'll be able to squeeze a dresser...

Was walking in High Park the other day and noticed something about the balconies... It seems as though the balconies that face east on the east tower don't stick out as far as the ones that face east on the west tower. I couldn't check on this online because the site doesn't show the floor...

I think that when Park Lake and NXT are both completed and stand next to Windermere by the Lake for comparison, there'll be no question about which one of the three is least inspiring from an aesthetics standpoint. But at the same time, there'll be no question about which one has the best...

I'm going to guess that they finish up installing the glass in both towers by the end of summer and start the interiors by early fall. At least they'd better... Josef, you're right about things slowing down. I actually live close to PL and drive by it a couple times a day. Let's just hope...

move-in dates Just out of curiosity (and for comparison), what are some of the occupancy dates that Park Lake has promised buyers out there? I've got mine in May, 2010. Anybody else?
