According to google maps, it's a couple of building lots south of the Scotiabank building. So, no.

And the "N" in Dufferin is still upside down. This was flagged a long time ago - and still no change.

Bridgepoint Hospital is farther north; the shot was probably from a drone - there's no building that tall in that area.

Wow. That's pretty impressive - converting that to feet (sorry, old school here) it's about 782.5, just 1.5 feet shorter than Commerce Court West.
