Well apparently with Tango, there is a stipulation stating that the absolute longest they can delay the project is until Dec 2015. I was told that there are no current problems and it should be on scheduled for 2013 as there are other future buildings with tight deadlines that need to be met.

Just noticed that the Aria Condos just down the road are pretty much completed. I remember they were in a similar stage where Parkplace was back in May 2010. I don't like to compare and complain but it just seems ridiculous that the external structure of the Concord condos are completed yet...

This is just horrible news. I expect I will get my letter shortly as well. I thought things were on schedule for June 2011. Don't understand why it would take another year to be finalized. Of course in the mean time, my downpayment is collecting interest in some bank account!

I hear the builder has a scheduled completion for all facilities in the complex set at January 2012. So if you have to take occupancy by June 2011, there may be a full 6 months before all the amenities are ready for use

Great pics!!! I am located in Building D. Since buildings A+B have been delayed till June 2011, I can only assume building D+E will be delayed till Dec 2011. Still wondering why it would take another 16 months to complete a building (D) when it only has about 12 floors.

What about the pics for the often forgotten and beloved building D?? That's where I will be. I heard it should be on the same pace with Building E.
