The City Target in Chicago is quite small for a Target, so I could see them, if they had the opportunity, to open a larger one in a downtown setting. There's also a Target with almost no other retail support around it in Chicago on Broadway. It's huge.

I know Apple is paying percentage rent at Yorkdale. And I know Eaton Centre still does it too. I think any substantial, better mall still does percentage rent. Everyone would have to sign an NDA as well, so that no one finds out other stores' sales.

Are you talking about the Toronto Hydro lot? I somehow doubt they would either sell it off to be developed, or develop it themselves.
