Hard to say where to file this, but here is a low angle view of the bridge demolition/construction on Dundas Street West, just west of Scarlett Road. (Taken from the bike path between Lambton Park and Etienne Brule Park.)

The base is definitely lacking for such a beautiful building... but I'm happy to report that it seems the drycleaners and other retail tenants have greatly improved their window dressing. It doesn't look so dollar store now.

Asek, thanks so much for sharing those! I can't believe it took so long for anyone to share photos from inside the construction site. I've re-uploaded them here so everyone can see without having to log in. Too bad there are no shots looking back down at BSN.

Too bad Cresford still hasn't updated their website with these floorplans. You'd think they'd want to show them off. ...And on another note, they've put up a new banner on Casa... and you can actually ready it from Yonge & Bloor.

Everything looks good at magic hour. Even CityPlace is impressive to look at... after dark.

I think it all looks quite nice in this example. Little specks of additional colours and signs of human life and activity. A postcard for dense, vertical living. It's not as if the residents are hanging their laundry out or going over board like the folks who live on the 2nd floor of the south...

That last photo is really beautiful, 42! And the hidden peeping tom is coming out in me... I can't help but want to keep staring at it.

Went in here recently and was VERY impressed. So impressed I convinced a friend to buy. (UrbanDreamer's photos do not do this place justice and the units are the complete opposite of being a dungeon... even the 1st floor units are all very bright). The prices are still very good and I think...

I haven't seen that there either. I'm just surprised how many pigs would just leave their newly created garbage on the sand or wherever they happened to be. Incidentally, there were managers/volunteers cleaning up there this morning and Ashbridges Bay Park was literally spotless. Much cleaner...
