    Some of the early renderings had what looked like an Independent City market (Loblaws banner store) in the podium of the Dundas-fronting building. Does anyone know if that's still happening? There are 2 Loblaws within a few minute drive of here, so I'm not sure that would be feasible for them?

    I think you picked the two small/mid size cities where they did alright. Most small/mid town cities in Ontario with Universities ( Sudbury, St Catharines, Sault Ste Marie, Peterborough, Kingston, even Thunder Bay with Bruce Hyer) they did not do "well".

    22 Division is not suburban in urban design. The station is pretty close to the road, with parking at the rear. This is urban build form design. It's not like they get away with no parking - they need space for the police vehicles. This is an urban police station.
