I've received a similar "Confirmed Closing Date". So now, does "confirmed" really mean "confirmed" or can they move it yet again?

The railings still haven't shown up on the site yet, but I'm pretty confident that if you like pippypoos and dimpled doodads with asscracks them I'm sure you'll love what the designers have come up with for railings.

I had lunch on the back patio at the Intercontinental yesterday. The staff wasn't too happy about their overbearing, 32 storey new neighbour which will cut out a lot of sunlight (and is very, very noisy right now). But I think that in the end, that back patio (which is already an awesome space)...

Although I'm sure the interiors and views will be nice and this will have good resale, etc... the first thing I thought of when I saw the above photo was how much I was reminded of the "Be Bloor" project just west of Bloor and Landsdowne. I don't know why. That was just my first thought.
