Are you sure what you're seeing isn't just the "bracket supports" for the actual artwork? I find it hard to believe that contractors are being trusted in this way with such a huge part of the lobby. He wasn't especially rude and did nothing specifically wrong so I don't want to get him in trouble here. He was just on the borderline of not fitting in with the behaviour of other fantastic frontline staff. The attitude needs a bit of adjustment. Just something I think they need to keep tabs on.
