Here is a kind of blurry, crappy picture I took from the car yesterday. I was heading south on Jarvis. The crane is a very noticable addition to the drive on the gardner.

Nope still working on the final underground level. I'm guessing another 2 weeks until that last level is finished. They're just finishing the forming for the elveator shafts right now, looks like those are ready to be poured very soon.

Since it was such a sunny day I decided to snap a photo out my window. I stuck it in the Ritz thread but it has a few projects in it.

I agree 100%. The lake views of both ICE and MLS are generally blocked by the condos on Queens Quay as well. As soon as I saw the view from my condo in Montage (I'm renting) I was sold on the unit. I look east and have an amazing view of the entire city, it is stunning at night.

Based on how things have progressed so far I'd say the whole site will be at ground level by mid feb. Based on historical progress I don't think the whole thing will be at ground level by the end of January. I can see the site out my work window and have followed the general progress so far.

Nope, still one level to go before it hits street level. At least for the 3/4 of the site I can see.
