    I was looking up information about IBI Group and came across a render of 88 Scott that I haven’t seen before. http://www.ibigroup.com/projects/88-scott-street Is that an Apple store in the retail component? I like the idea but doubt it would ever happen.

    Apparently they are working on removing the electrical components. I was told It's a tedious task because the wires also feed neighboring buildings.

    Lakeshore is extremely congested. Crossing a six lane road is definitely not ideal. I don't think individuals on the lakeshore path would cross the street, let alone notice retail in the podium.

    Standout horribly against what - all the other spandrel? Why jump the gun so quick? 88 Scott wont necessarly have the the same cladding execution as The Berczy.

    It's pedestrian friendly. There are sidewalks with a direct route to the lake - literally a two minute walk. I agree, the facade turned out great. I do, however, wish the roof features were more pronounced.
