I was told today that the building is approxmitely 85% sold. 75 units remain, 35 of which are priced over $1,000,000 and the cheapest available being $625,000 (parking not included). Penthouse suites won't be released until the building is complete.

They said early Spring for digging to commence....so you're probably right. I am guessing 1-1.5 years before they reach ground with concrete

Most condos had the noise, it's frost quakes. Nothing wrong with your specific building. Many of my friends and I were up all night because of it. Started in my building and others on December 24th...
