I dont know if anyone else is watching the live cam, but they have installed two large pipes on the top floor that i dont remember being installed on other floors. Could this be a mechanical floor?

Does anyone know why they seem to coat all the steel in what looks like concrete after they are done each floor? Does this make it more stable or just overall stronger?

Does anyone know the name of that old building on the left with the winners in the bottom. Its such a beautiful building, but it really doesn't fit in with that underground parking its attached too, imo.

I hadn't quite realized just how close to the core this project is going to be. Its really going to change the skyline in nearly ever direction, for better or for worse, hopefully better.

Is it just me or does the outer wall look a little wavy.

One of the things i love about this building is just how simple the design is. You see all these other condos going up that seem to be a mess because its covered with all these different colours and shapes, which sometimes doesnt work, when really its these simple yet elegant buildings that work...
