Yes, pets are allowed in the building. I had called previously, since I have a dog. The sales office didn't know either, but she called around and got it confirmed - pets are ok.

Actually, I think Condo Fees are $0.48/Sq ft as per: http://toronto.condocatch.com/building/centro/#details I rememeber this figure coming up in previous discussions with the builder. I would hope they didn't include the balconies, which are 25% of the square footage for me :/

Went to the showroom/site a couple weeks back to take a look at progress. Looks like late-April early-May closing for me, though I suppose we may be able to move in a bit earlier than that. From what I hear, some of the lower townhouses have begun or are about to begin moving in.
