    Wow, I feel your frustration. I can't imagine living in this building during construction. Every time I walk by I've wondered if the building was still occupied because it's hard to tell from the outside whether it is or not. But it's astounding that the tenants will have to live through this.

    I'd say that Marshall's is closer to Winners (in terms of merchandise) than Target is. Target isn't necessarily selling designers brands for less.

    I disagree... I think this area is need of some sort of redevelopment. Maybe not tall glass condo towers, but maybe at least something more suitable to the character of the area.

    Yes I have been inside Dragon City... several times. As I said I'm in the area almost every weekend... otherwise I would never have commented. Maybe your "dirty" and my "dirty" are 2 different things.

    When I saw this I was hoping that this meant the end of the Dragon Centre... the place is a nightmare... disgustingly dirty. But alas... I agree I don't see the appeal of living in this area, specifically this location.
