+1 ... at half a million dollars, for what you're getting, the whole value proposition thing is seriously undermined

They're aiming for a Dec-2013 completion date - All that seems to be left are 1B+D units at apx. $457 per sqft ... reasonable for the area.

Is there something *wrong* with this development? MLS.ca is showing 22 units up for sale in this building, which seems like a lot for the size ... The website (http://www.networklofts.com/) shows a few penthouse units left as well.

That's a great photo - was on Front / Bay this afternoon and when I saw the development it reminded me of the photo!

It is definitely getting a boutique condo ... the sales office was open today and it was rammed. http://www.theredpin.com/toronto-condos/it-lofts The 5-7th floors will have unobstructed views of the surrounding areas. South-East facing units will be able to enjoy the Toronto skyline (for now)...

Floor plans are on theredpin - the layouts look great ... some preliminary pricing is floating around, apx. $600-$650 per sqft ... there is a sales event some time soon as well (maybe this weekend, not sure, but pre-sale is definitely going on)

What is considered walking distance? 1km?

Thanks, the points intuitively make sense. What of balconies and terraces? Although I am not big on them myself, I think they add value - especially the larger ones with a BBQ connection.
