Province reports Eglinton Crosstown passes final operating test, TTC advocates reiterate calls for transparency

Metrolinx and the TTC haven't provided an opening date for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT. Crews still need to declare 'substantial completion.'

Crosspost from the Line 5 thread: the sign-in log, board of regulations, and furniture in the room at left are gone as of late last week. Photo from today. This supports a near-future opening of the line. On site today: two Johnson Controls trucks, and one from Otis

I haven't seen anyone lock a bike to these posts yet, and one is snapped off. I wonder if it was done by a plow? This is the post closest to the Bayview entrance of the main station building (SW corner)

All the worker signs on the doors of the main (SW) building have been removed, and schedules have been posted ahead of the announced opening on February 8. Broken bike post (see a few posts back) with protective cone at right.

That broken bike post hast been repaired. Not sure about the weld, though...
