Reclad and revitalization of this 1977 office building. Window replacements look good, however it also appears they're going to be painting the concrete (DON'T!):

There should be an IQ test where the answer is solely determined by if they would paint a concrete facade.

I'm quite familiar w/this building............I have to say, I neither 'love' nor 'hate' it..........it always felt like a background building to me.

I assume the rationale for the re-clad is some kind of energy efficiency improvement as it certainly doesn't seem like an aesthetic enhancement.

I'm more open-minded than some here on altering a building like this, to which I'm not particularly attached; on the other hand.......I dislike wasted dollars and effort, as such, I expect any intervention should aim to result in something better
or at least no worse.

Thus far, I'm feeling that this will not achieve the former; and I'm not clear that it will manage the latter either.
