Wow.. Im also surprised they told you 6-12 months still before it closes. I was told that once a group of blocks have been at least 80% occupied, it should be closed which doesnt seem to be the case as I moved in back in February.

I know, it's crazy.

I just got occupancy yesterday, and I had to give 12 months of post dated cheques for the occupancy fees.

I was informed it will occur around September 2024 and all units will be scheduled to firm/final closing by year end.

They are advertising No occupancy period on the remaining units it seems. So it's possible that final closing may be soon.
