Parks - new & revitalized

Little update on parks in the Sterling Road area. The first is at the northwest corner of Perth and Sterling and has been levelled after utilities were installed. Secondly is a shout-out to how great Sterling Green is going to be in the Spring and Summer! Surrounded by retail with openable windows I hope there are going to be patios and/or fun outdoor seating. It is also really well connected to the West Toronto Railpath and will become a welcoming extension of it.

Do you happen to have any other info on what this park (Sterling and Perth) will look like? I did a bunch of research on the City website and OLT case docs to try and get to the bottom of it. I'm looking for the landscape plans and park design.
Nothing appears in any of the active development applications pages.

This is what I have learned so far:
The park is being built by the adjacent developer (sterling junction/ marlin spring etc) and THEN conveyed to the City.
The park must be completed to a "base park condition" and conveyed to the City within 24 months of the Perth St section being conveyed to the developer as a part of the Perth realignment.

"Base Park Condition will include the following where deemed necessary by the General Manager, PFR:
a. grading inclusive of topsoil supply and placement, minimum of 150 mm depth;
b. sodding #1 nursery grade or equivalent value of other approved park development;
c. fencing, where deemed necessary to the satisfaction of the General Manager, PFR;
d. drainage systems, including connections to the municipal services as required;
e. electrical connections to street line, including a meter;
f. street trees along all public road allowances which abut future City-owned parkland;
g. standard park sign (separate certified cheque required); and
h. demolition, removal and disposal of all existing materials, buildings and foundations;"

Additionally,
"... the Owner shall submit servicing drawings and base park design drawings for the WTR Pathway Park to the satisfaction of the General Manager, PFR;

Completing the "base park condition" is also a condition to proceed with building permit applications for phase 3/ block 8 of the Sterling Junction redevelopment:

"...the Owner will not make application for any building permit, above or below grade (not intended to preclude permits in relation to soil remediation), for all or any part of Block 8 being Phase 3 of development within the Plan of Subdivision, until such time as:" (points below are paraphrased for simplicity)
Sterling & Perth is realigned ...
Sterling Rd improvements have been made
Private roads at T3 buildings are completed with municipal approvals.

"all to the satisfaction of the Chief Engineer, and;

iv) the Future Park has been constructed and conveyed to the City, and;
v) the WTR Pathway Park has been constructed and conveyed to the City,

all to the satisfaction of the General Manager, Parks Forestry and Recreation (the "General Manager, PFR") and Chief Planner, as applicable. "

So the City/ General Manager of Parks Forestry and Recreation has been provided with the park drawings and approved them, but they don't seem to be anywhere online.

This park isn't yet at the public input stage............. when it is, the project will be posted here:
