Perfect analogy, this project is an absolute unit. Even in the renderings the streetscape doesn't look all that inviting. Despite the materiality being somewhat varied the street-wall presence will be significant.

Looks like they are pouring the basement of the southeast corner today. At one point there were five cement trucks on the Esplanade, which excited my one year old very much.

Every time I took a break from working the kiddo made me go to the window to look at the cement trucks. I’ve created a monster!
