I'm curious what the retail strategy is going to look like here...it looks like there are some spaces leased in the Hazelview portion of the site, but I can't seem to find a brochure for the Marlow portion / Fitzrovia managed buildings and the former Kent School.
Anyone have any hints? 😜
Happy to see this shaping up relatively quickly! Selfishly, I'm really hoping a proper commercial gym takes one of the retail spaces here - there's a bit of a desert when it comes to gyms in the west end aside from the YMCA at Dovercourt and College...

Side note - it’s crazy how many finishing details are left to be done on the exteriors still here; finishing the cladding of the east tower crown, finishing all of the aluminum paneling for the balcony slab...
