If all goes to plan, one day this area should have a elevated PATH junction to CIBC Square South/bus terminal, Union Station east platforms, Backstage/CIBC north, Pinnacle and the future eastern PATH districts, hopefully with a street level entrance.

This is a couple years old so I’m sure the design has changed since, but their plans are to reinstate a track where the abandoned one currently is, and connect it to the existing tracks on both sides.

Miniso is expanding into the massive unit (94) adjacent to their current location (95 & 96) in the Market. They’ll be one of the largest retailers here when this happens
