They have to be. I can't believe these have taken so long. Condos have been built in less time. I went to the sales center...my wife just got pregnant. My son is 5 now!! They're so close, get the damn thing finished!

when you have a housing “crisis” people are forced into bad situations. When choice is illuminated, you are left picking poor choices. I stopped buying new in Toronto because of this.

I like facadism...I just don't think it is always necessary. Sometimes the new and the old just don't compliment each other well.

Different strokes. It just looks odd to me. Why are we saving the old structure? Is it because Toronto destroyed any character it had left to the point where we’re scraping the barrel now? I’ve been to the Eastern side of the US the last couple weeks…it makes stuff like this look amateur...
