Hi, can I ask you guys why there is a big difference between level number and unit number? I understand there are some floors they skip like number 4 but still that is a big gap of 7... Does this mean your unit will be on 36th floor not 43rd floor?

Does anybody know why my friend's unit contract says her unit will be on level 9 even if the unit number starts with 16? She asked me but I have no idea.. I thought her unit should be on 16th floor.. Is there any expert who know the answer?

I also wonder when this building is ready to move in. Personally the later, the better. The other day, an real estate agent posted leftover units saying the PATH will be completed by the time these condos are completed. Now I know the agent is TOTALLY wrong about the PATH
