Noticed from UP express this morning there is more progress than just sound walls at Woodbine. 2 or 3 tracks are being realigned(yes, heavy machinery was active!) in this sort of shape to allow for the island platform:

Capacity for airport access only needs to grow as capacity for flights increases.
The Pearson LIFT program for terminal expansion is not even in design yet. Until then there is no rush to improve airport access, as far as GTAA is concerned.

Proposed height is 87.5m. 77.5m / 24 stories to top of residential floors.
Existing zoning permits 56m / 18 stories.
