The Jays have just (and still are) spending millions to make the Skydome a better venue for baseball. They aren't going to undo that considering it was never a good football stadium in the first place.

Awesome thread. I've always loved this building (taller too than the famous New York flatiron ;) ). I wish the colonnade continued all the way down the street with neighbouring buildings.
It doesn't look like it from the link, but I'd hope they'd at least consider if they're putting the money in to building a new bridge they can at least have a small part of it be a pedestrian deck. Pedestrian infrastructure costs peanuts compared to other modes and there can always be more...
